Kate Dikgale-Freeman is the Gauteng Committee Chair and Vice Chair of the SA Board of People Practice (SABPP). She is a graduate from the Goldman Sachs 10 000 Women Certificate programme from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She also has a Higher Diploma and Certificates in: Education & Training (HED), Training Management (HRTM), Human Resources Management (HRM), and a Cognitive Development Training that was awarded by Vista University and has a certificate in Labour Relations through the University of Pretoria. She holds a certificate in Occupational Development Training and Education (OD-ETDP) through ETDP Seta. She was the founder member of Uitsig Adult Literacy Centre for domestic workers and gardeners in Centurion and has done several adult training & workshops with the Department of Education and Training (DoE). She is a Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. She is the HR Lead Auditor for SABPP endorsed by the British ISO Board. She is also a member of the Chattered Institute for the Management of Assessment Practice (CIMAP-UK), a member and a registered mentor for the Business Woman Association (BWA) and she has more than 25 years of working experience.

We offer a comprehensive training portfolio presented by first rate facilitators. Our quality is consistently high. Our training is SETA-accredited (SETQAA2007, SABPP 61112L054PC). We offer both public and in-house training and can customise training to suit an organisation’s specific needs. Delegates can, if they wish, build a portfolio of credits towards a full NQF-level qualification as our training is aligned to unit standards and the National Qualifications Framework.
