Human Resources and Organisational Development Consulting
Our consulting team has extensive experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development consulting, and in building a values-based working environment for our clients. We help organisations develop their employment value proposition (EVP). We have experience in values and culture embedding within organisations and in designing and implementing various organisational development interventions.
For the small and medium enterprises that lack HR capacity, we provide an A – Z of human resource functions. With the larger organisations, we assist their HR Departments with specific interventions whilst transferring skills, knowledge and experience, supported where necessary by formal training programmes.

The necessary support in aligning an organisation’s HR strategy with their business strategy so that they are seamless and properly aligned. Coaching & Mentoring For Success
Coaching and mentoring are very adaptable, flexible and just-in-time approaches to skills development. We offer tailored executive, leadership, and personal coaching aimed at improving an individual’s current performance or providing support when people are moving to new roles that require different skills and abilities.
And, because we have many years of HR experience and have worked in just about every HR role you can imagine, we offer specific mentoring to HR people, where we transfer our own knowledge, skills and experience whilst helping the HR staff to deliver on increasingly demanding expectations. Labour Relations
We have an in-house competency orientation training programme for managers and supervisors on corrective management of employees and their conduct. We support the organisation through compiling an effective Labour Code and its implementation. We ensure that the organisation is supported through counselling, chairing of disciplinary hearings and representation at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), where required. Investigations are also undertaken to ensure that any case is strongly motivated and argued for the organisation. We support the organisation through union negotiations and restructuring.

Our programmes assist with the following:

• Sourcing of suitable beneficiaries with sponsor requirements and completing due diligence checks on all beneficiaries.
• Managing the sponsor’s ESD funds through the following Capacity Building Programmes:

o Payroll and Bookkeeping;
o Business Acumen Skills Programme (including Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Report Writing Skills, Presentation and Skills Business Development Skills); and
o Help beneficiaries understand minimum legal requirements needed as a business.
• Lastly, give regular feedback to sponsors including funding distribution and beneficiary feedback.
Environmental Management
DNA also offers services in the fields of environmental management and sustainable development with a particular focus on the review of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and environmental compliance audits. Advice can extend to an organisation’s internal processes as regards environmental management, as well as those of their supply chain and supporting services.
Document Review & Editing
DNA has in-house skills that offer a review and editing service for documents and publications produced by an organisation, including books, magazine articles, professional journal publications, conference papers, reports and marketing material.
