We offer a comprehensive training portfolio. Our training is SETA-accredited (SETQAA2007, SABPP 61112L054PC). We offer both public and in-house training. Delegates can, if they wish, build a portfolio of credits towards a full NQF-level qualification as our training is aligned to unit standards and the National Qualifications Framework. We help organisations to package training so that delegates obtain a broad range of skills to help them to perform more effectively. We run public courses at some of the nicest venues across South Africa. Delegates feel that they are miles from the hustle and bustle of work, when often they are simply tucked into a quiet, leafy suburb. In-house training can be extensively customised. Negotiation training is one of our very popular customized courses. We’ve worked with companies to realign their incentive scheme and trained their project managers and sales teams on the principles of negotiation whilst explaining, practically, how they can close deals with less efforts.
Average group sizes are usually 15 or less so that we can provide individual attention and assessment. All training is focused on action planning; our aim is to equip delegates to instantly apply what they’ve learned when they return to the workplace. We use realistic case studies and involve delegates in practice.
Post training support is available to delegates by accessing our coaching facility. Free email, telephonic, sms and whatzup support is provided to delegates who need a little extra help to implement the skills they acquired at a cost. Formal assessment and moderation can be conducted if an organization requires this at a cost.

Mentoring: Mentoring offers the opportunity for a supportive professional relationship whereby skills, knowledge and experiences are transferred from a more experienced person to a less experienced person in a nurturing and confidential environment. We have experience in putting together mentorship programmes for organizations. We can train coaching and mentoring in organizations to build these important skills in house.
We also offer mentorship to staff who will benefit from opportunities to explore practical and theoretical issues that may be unfamiliar, problematic or challenging and who want to deepen their knowledge and expand their skills.
